The objective of BRYDGE is not only to promote youth development but more importantly, to find jobs for the students after their training. The high quality of cultural immersion that BRYDGE offers provides the participants the desirable experience and training that gives them the edge when applying for employment.
Quality Assurance
BRYDGE ensures partnership only with reputable and world-class host establishments. Students undergo the BRYDGE Development and Selection System program prior to internship to properly prepare participants for the program. At the end of the program, a Certificate of Training Completion will be issued by the host establishment to the student intern.
Industry Relevant Training
Experience professional industry training in international world-class hotels and resorts. BRYDGE provides competent and professional industry training that gives a "Learning while Earning" work-integrated experience in the student's chosen field. The program allows the host establishment to assist in the development of the Student Intern Training Plan (SITP) and directly train or develop the intern based on its own standards of service, quality, and professional excellence.
Ready & Competent Support
BRYDGE facilitates processing of the necessary documents prior to internship and provides continuing support utilizing efficient monitoring and feedback systems which guarantees welfare, protection and success.
